Seriously good. Thought all the photos our baby’s first year were lost, but the iPhone guys were able to retrieve all the data off the phone and it didn’t cost anywhere near what I thought it would! Absolutely would recommend.

Couldn't speak more highly if I tried. Time and time again they help me out, with both technical support (they don't even charge for it!!!) and quick, quality repairs. The staff are friendly and will bend over backwards for you. They just go above and beyond. Highly Recommended!

I accidently dropped my phone face first and cracked the screen. Took it into The iPhone Guy and now, it works like nothing ever happened to it. Quick service, friendly staff, would recommend if you have an iPhone and ever need a repair job.

Best iphone repair place in Geelong, they're pricey, but you know the components going into your phone are the best quality and not something cheap part. Friendly service that warns you already of time of anything that could go wrong. I'm yet to have any of those things actually go wrong after many fixes.

I can't speak highly enough about the service I received from the iPhone guy in Shannon ave. I had been told by Apple repairers that the phone was water damaged and my warranty there fore null and void. They said was going to take 6 weeks to fix and be $500. I took the phone to iPhone guy in Shannon ave and he opened it to find no water damage and really no damage except for the screen. So with new screen at a fraction of the price done within an hour for me I'm one very satisfied customer.

The Iphone Guy has exceeded my expectations again after having 4 phones repaired by them over the last couple of years. The phone went in after being dropped and the screen went black. The pleasant young lady informed me that the LCD was damaged and would need to be replaced at a cost of $75. She informed me that it would take approximately 90 minutes to be ready and I requested if it could possibly be ready in a shorter time as I have an appointment to go too. I was surprised when I received an SMS within 30 minutes that it was ready. Upon returning the young lady informed me that the jolt had loosened the LCD which they had reconnected and gave the phone an internal clean and now the cost would only be $30 not the original $75 as quoted. I thanked her for being honest with me as it is rare to be treated like this with exceptional service and honesty resulting in me receiving the repaired phone promptly and under cost. Keep up the good work.
