Yes! Plain and simple. Whilst we cannot guarantee this, we have a very high success rate using only the best available methods and years of experience. Please do NOT put your device in rice. This does not help. Dry it with a hairdryer or place near warm device (heater, etc). Do NOT attempt to power it on or plug it in to charge. If you have salt water in your device, dunk it immediately into fresh water & leave it there (we’re serious). Then contact us. Water Damage devices come with no warranty and ‘The iPhone Guy’ is not responsible should the device have further problems during the repair. This risk is SOLELY upon the client.
Before coming in to see a technician, try this: Hold ‘Home’ and ‘Power’ buttons at the same time and keep holding until the Apple logo appears on the screen. This takes about 20-30 secs. If nothing happens, try charging for a while and then repeat the process. If still nothing, then contact us.
